Ingredients

  • cups strawberries hulled
  • 1 shallot chopped
  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar*
  • 5 black peppercorns (optional)

Instructions

  • Put all the ingredients in a blender.
  • Process on high speed until smooth.

* Balsamic vinegar must be sugar free to be Paleo-Vegan
