- 1¼ cups vegetable broth (look for Mushroom-Free broth if needed)
- ¾ cup garlic cloves roasted
- ½ ripe avocado
- ¼ cup sunflower seeds toasted
- Juice of 1 lime
Instructions
- Put all the ingredients in a blender.
- Process on high speed until smooth.
