Ingredients

  • 4 cups fresh cranberries
  • Zest and juice of 2 oranges
  • 10 pitted dates
  • 2 tablespoons ground flaxseeds
  • ½ serrano chile with seeds (optional)

Instructions

  • Put all the ingredients in a food processor.
  • Process until finely chopped, 15–20 seconds.
  • Serve chilled or at room temperature.
