  • 8 cups unsweetened apple juice
  • Grated zest and juice of 1 orange
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 4 cups gluten free old-fashioned oats


  • Put the apple juice, orange zest and juice, raisins, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a large saucepan and stir to combine. Bring to a boil over high heat. Add the oats and stir rapidly for 30 seconds. Cover, decrease the heat to low, and cook for 5 minutes. Serve hot.
