- 1 mango diced
- 1 cup diced papaya
- 1 cup fresh spinach lightly packed
- 1/2 cup cubed celery
- 1/2 cup ice (optional)
- 1/4 cup gluten free old-fashioned oats
- 6 or 7 cashews
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh ginger
- Put all the ingredients in a blender and process on high speed until smooth. Pour into a tall glass. Serve immediately.
