Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen green peas thawed
  • 1 cup vegetable broth (look for Mushroom-Free broth if needed)
  • ¼ cup raw cashews
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tablespoons kelp powder
  • 1 tablespoon stone-ground mustard

Instructions

  • Put all the ingredients in a blender.
  • Process on high speed until smooth.
