Course Salad
Dietary Need Garlic Free, Gluten Free, Grain Free, Mushroom Free, Nightshade Free, Paleo Vegan, Soy Free

  • 2 small jicamas peeled and cut into matchsticks
  • 2 ruby grapefruits segmented
  • 1/2 head green cabbage finely shredded
  • 1 mango diced
  • 1/2 cup whole macadamia nuts toasted
  • 10 sprigs cilantro stemmed
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds toasted
  • 1 cup Mango-Ginger Dressing*


  • Put the jicamas, grapefruits, cabbage, mango, nuts, cilantro, and sesame seeds in a large bowl. Cover and refrigerate for up to 2 days. Just before serving, add the dressing and toss until evenly distributed.


*For Grain Free/Paleo Vegan, leave out the vinegar from the dressing
