Ingredients
- 2 small jicamas peeled and cut into matchsticks
- 2 ruby grapefruits segmented
- 1/2 head green cabbage finely shredded
- 1 mango diced
- 1/2 cup whole macadamia nuts toasted
- 10 sprigs cilantro stemmed
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds toasted
- 1 cup Mango-Ginger Dressing*
Instructions
- Put the jicamas, grapefruits, cabbage, mango, nuts, cilantro, and sesame seeds in a large bowl. Cover and refrigerate for up to 2 days. Just before serving, add the dressing and toss until evenly distributed.
Notes
*For Grain Free/Paleo Vegan, leave out the vinegar from the dressing
