Ingredients
- 2 cups unsweetened pineapple juice
- ½ cup pitted dates
- ½ cup dried apricots
- 2 cups unsweetened pineapple juice
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Instructions
- Put the pineapple juice, dates, and apricots in a medium pot and bring to a simmer over medium heat.
- Decrease the heat to low and cook for 10 minutes.
- Transfer to a food processor or blender and process until smooth.
- Serve warm, chilled, or at room temperature.
