  • Juice of 2 oranges seeds removed
  • Juice of 2 lemons seeds removed
  • Juice of 2 limes seeds removed
  • 1 small shallot peeled and coarsely chopped
  • 6 tablespoons raw tahini


  • Put all the ingredients in a blender and process on high speed until smooth. Stored in a sealed container in the refrigerator, Citrus-Tahini Dressing will keep for 4 days.
