Ingredients

pitted dates

dried apricots

Instructions
Put the pineapple juice, dates, and apricots in a medium pot and bring to a simmer over medium heat.
Decrease the heat to low and cook for 10 minutes.
Transfer to a food processor or blender and process until smooth.
Serve warm, chilled, or at room temperature.
