Ingredients

  • cups vegetable broth (look for Mushroom-Free broth if needed)
  • ¾ cup garlic cloves roasted
  • ½ ripe avocado
  • ¼ cup sunflower seeds toasted
  • Juice of 1 lime

Instructions

  • Put all the ingredients in a blender.
  • Process on high speed until smooth.
