Ingredients
Juice of 2 oranges
seeds removed
Juice of 2 lemons
seeds removed
Juice of 2 limes
seeds removed

small shallot
peeled and coarsely chopped

raw tahini
Instructions
Put all the ingredients in a blender and process on high speed until smooth. Stored in a sealed container in the refrigerator, Citrus-Tahini Dressing will keep for 4 days.
