Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 kale leaf stemmed
  • 1/2 cup cubed celery
  • 1/2 cup ice (optional)
  • 1/4 cup gluten free old-fashioned oats
  • 6 or 7 pecans toasted

Instructions

  • Put all the ingredients in a blender and process on high speed until smooth. Pour into a tall glass. Serve immediately.
